Myrtoo Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Myrtoo olive oil is exclusively sourced from Koroneiki olives, harvested late in the season in February when the olives are fully ripe and black. This results in a milder flavor compared to other olive oils, perfect for those who prefer a less intense, less peppery aftertaste. It’s an excellent choice for cooking.
This olive oil boasts exceptional organoleptic properties and is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, provitamins, minerals, and phenols. It has a characteristic yellow-green color. The oil is extracted in our own olive mill without a separator, at temperatures below 20 degrees Celsius. This guarantees maximum preservation of all its beneficial organoleptic qualities.
Our olive oil has very low acidity because the olives are harvested and pressed on the same day in the Stamatacos family olive mill. The olive oil is immediately stored in stainless steel tanks filled with nitrogen to prevent oxygen from degrading its quality.
