These organic dried sea buckthorn fruits are obtained from carefully selected Romanian plantations and lightly dehydrated at low temperature. The result is a sour berry, with an intense aroma, with a vibrant orange color, ideal for infusions, snacks and creative recipes.

Production and origin:
– 100% dried sea buckthorn fruits (Hippophae rhamnoides) from certified organic plantations.
– Dehydrated using air currents at a maximum temperature of 40 °C to preserve as much of the natural taste, color and nutrients of the fruit as possible.
– No added sugar, preservatives, colorings or flavors.

Appearance and taste:
– Small, whole orange berries with a slightly wrinkled skin.
– Crunchy to chewy texture, depending on the soaking or rehydration time.
– Strong, sour and fruity taste, typical of sea buckthorn.

How to use:
– For infusions: add a spoonful of berries to hot water, infuse and enjoy as a hot or cold drink.
– As a topping: sprinkle over muesli, yogurt, porridge, smoothies or desserts for a sour and colorful touch.
