Black olives variety Kalamon in organic olive oil cold pressed.It is our own production with low amount of salt and organic thyme. Suitable choice for those who are in a special diet and avoid salty food and for those who want to try the real taste of olives variety Kalamon. Strong aftertaste. Goes with food or with your drink.
Beginning from October we collect the black ripe olives Kalamon from our olive trees. Harvesting takes place in three stages because the fruit grows gradually depending on the amount of the fruit that every tree has. After the harvesting the crop gets selected and then stored in special barrels in water with salt.
The olives are being placed in vases with cold pressed olive oil of our production and also in vacuum packages with olive oil and thyme of our production.
