Liophos Early Harvest Organic Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Liophos Early Harvest is an organic olive oil that comes exclusively from the Koroneiki olive variety, from a crop that is collected during the first harvest period in October and November when the olives are still green and unripe. Its color is greenish, and the taste and aroma are very strong and spicy.

Its quality is the best organoleptic characteristics, rich in antioxidants, vitamins, provitamins, minerals and phenols. Its intense green color is due to the chlorophyll of the unripe fruit which gives the oil antioxidant effects. Extraction in our own certified organic olive mill without a separator and at temperatures below 20 degrees Celsius guarantees us the maximum preservation of all its organoleptic properties.

The acidity of our olive oil is very low because the fruit is collected and pressed on the same day in our own olive mill. The olive oil is immediately stored in stainless tanks and then after a period it is packed in our storage facilities.
