This pack contains three bottles of Liophos Early Harvest, an organic extra virgin olive oil from the Stamatakos olive grove in Laconia, Greece. It is produced exclusively from Koroneiki olives harvested at the beginning of the season, when the fruits are still green and unripe, resulting in an intensely aromatic and characterful olive oil.

Olive variety and origin:

– 100% Koroneiki olives from the Stamatakos family olive groves in the southern Peloponnese (Laconia, Greece).

– Early harvest in October-November, when the olives are green and firm.

– Certified organic production (GR-BIO-03).

Production method:
– Cold extraction in the family’s own certified organic olive mill, at temperatures below 20 °C.
– The olives are pressed the same day they are harvested.
– The oil is stored in stainless steel tanks before bottling, to preserve freshness and aroma.

Taste and aroma:
– Color: Deep green to golden-green.
– Aroma: Fresh and fruity, with notes of green olives, tomato leaf, freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs.
– Taste: Very expressive, with medium to strong bitterness and spiciness, typical of early-harvested Koroneiki olive oil.
– Ideal for those who appreciate a strong, peppery and complex olive oil.

How to use:
