Once your payment has been received, we will begin processing and packing your order. We use sturdy boxes and protective materials to ensure that jars of honey and bottles of olive oil arrive safely. You will receive a Track & Trace code from your chosen courier so you can follow the shipment and delivery of your package online.
Free bike delivery in and around Eindhoven
Do you live in Eindhoven or the immediate vicinity? In many cases, you'll benefit from free bicycle delivery. We personally deliver your order by bicycle within a radius of approximately 15 km around Eindhoven, at a time that will be agreed upon jointly. This is not only environmentally friendly but also personal: we often meet our customers briefly at the door and can answer short questions immediately.
With free bicycle delivery, we'll contact you by email or phone to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please ensure you are contactable so that dispatch and delivery run smoothly for Echt & Puur. Shipping within the Netherlands
For orders outside the cycling region, we work with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL and DPD. For international shipments, we package products extra securely so that glass jars and bottles arrive safely even over long distances. All Echt & Puur shipments to other countries include a Track & Trace code, allowing you to follow your parcel en route.

We give a lot of attention to the packaging of our products. Jars of honey, olive oil and other items are packed in such a way that the chance of breakage is minimal.
