Discover a soft, creamy honey cream in which fine Romanian wildflower honey is combined with real bee pollen. This speciality from the beehive is ideal for anyone who wants to incorporate more natural bee products into their daily diet.​

Our Honey Cream with Bee Pollen is made from Romanian multiflora honey, cold-processed and then controlled crystallised into a additional creamy créme. To this honey we add bee pollen, directly from the hive, which provides the yellow colour, the rich floral aroma and a slightly bittersweet nuance in the aftertaste.​

With just two ingredients – honey and bee pollen – you get a pure, unprocessed product that's perfect for breakfast, snacks, or as a natural sweet treat. It's loved by those who appreciate traditional beekeeping, conscious eating, and the power of real bee products.​

Origin and producer

• Romanian wildflower honey from carefully selected beekeepers

• Bee pollen direct from the hive, mixed by the beekeeper into the honey cream

This combination of Romanian beekeeping tradition and local distribution in the Netherlands ensures a fresh, authentic product that you won't find in the supermarket.​

Ingredients

• Wildflower honey (approx. 90%)

• Bee pollen (approx. 10%)

Naturally contains sugars. Not heated above 40°C to preserve the natural value of honey and pollen.​

Taste and texture

• Fine, creamy texture thanks to controlled crystallisation

• Pale to golden yellow with small visible pollen specks

• Soft, sweet honey flavour with a full, floral aroma

• A slightly more intense, characteristic finish due to the bee pollen​

Thanks to its creamy texture, this honey is easy to spread and mix without dripping.​

Usage suggestions

• On bread, toast, pancakes or waffles as a spreadable honey

• Yoghurt, quark, porridge or muesli for a nutritious breakfast

• 1–2 teaspoons pure, as a natural sweet treat

• Stir gently through herbal tea or warm (not boiling) water as a natural sweetener​

Tip: Stir the honey crème gently just before use, so that the bee pollen remains nicely distributed.​

Keep

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight

• Seal the pot tightly after each use

• Honey can crystallise naturally; this is a normal process and does not affect the quality

• For a softer texture, you can gently warm the closed pot au bain-marie (max. 40°C).

• Not recommended for children under 1 year of age, according to general guidelines for honey​
